Greetings:

    On 6/25/09 I received an email from Ms. Fuller -- "6270-1; RE: Freedom of Information Request Control No. 338" (reprinted below) -- with an attached letter from Forest Supervisor Daniel J. Jirón ("FS_correspondence.doc"), dated the same day.

    A reply letter is attached here in turn, addressing the fee waiver issues he raised:
        •  "Reply on Fee Waivers - Both Requests"
            (2 versions: '.doc' & '.pdf')

    Please note that this also speaks for FOIA #516, the subsequent Request filed on 6/24/09, of similar scale and language.  The intent is to resolve these issues for both Requests, and facilitate timely Responses... please confirm that that it does so.
