Hello Sara:

    On 6/26/09 you sent an email -- "Re: Freedom of Information Requests 338 and 516" (reprinted in part below) -- with two attached letters from Regional Forester Corbin L. Newman, Jr., dated the previous day.  They are listed here by document names, as received:

    ~  "20090625_scaddison_ltr2.doc"

These letters address FOIA Requests #338 and #516 respectively, denying "expedited processing" in each case -- delaying disclosures arbitrarily, and thereby compelling an urgent reply.

    The attached letter answers on behalf of both Requests:
        •  "Rejoinder on Expedited Responses"
            (2 versions: '.rtf' & '.pdf')

    I had hoped that this business would be simple and genial... too bad Mr. Newman is trying to take it somewhere else.

    We will make the best of it... thanks for your good help.
