You have been provided with hard copy and an electronic document in response to your FOIA request. Both formats enable you to read the records that you requested. Federal agencies are not obligated under FOIA to provide records in formats for requesters to post to the internet. You have the hard copies of the records which you may scan into a format that you could post. Please refer to 5 USC 552 and 7 CFR SubpartA for the FOIA and USDA Regulations. FOIA in no way negates the requirements for agency electronic records security. We feel that we have fully satisfied your FOIA requests.
