to clarify::
 
i was in anĘout of townĘtwo day trial which will become a four day trial monday, when through other discussions it was apparent Rey's letter was late. I called, and Lori, my assistant in the office, emailed rey, et al. Amanda answered back with the letter you all received. I asked Lori to fax it to my hotel, and to send it out to the larger email list in a email box i have for such purposes.
 
Unfortunately she did not send Amanda's cover letter.
