USDA Inspector General - Rainbow '08 Investigation

In July '08 the USDA Office of Inspector General ("OIG") launched an investigation into police incidents at Rainbow Gathering '08 in Wyoming. This was disclosed in a teleconference with outgoing USDA Under Secretary Mark Rey on Dec. 9, 2008.
