Clerk's Minutes on the 6/30 Hearing on the 'Mayo' suit, and the Court's disposition: The Magistrate and Incident Commander stipulated by phone that seating would be added to the Hahns Peak 'courtroom', and that public access would be allowed... thereupon the lawsuit was dismissed as moot.
