Our Mission
The Free Assembly Project
...an Association of Volunteers, dedicated to
preserving expressive assembly on Public Lands,
protecting political speech in the Public Forum
upholding Ancestral Rights on Native Lands,
supporting Citizen Stewardship on All Lands...
A working coalition since 1993... PCU_/FAP has done policy research, public information, observer projects, and legal support where Constitutional freedoms are at stake.
It is a leading advocate for the right to gather in the National Forests, and maintains archives of official documents and key court cases, in the public interest -- sharing, Vision & Action for our Rights & Lands.
The Free Assembly Project's mission is to help defend the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution from the steady encroachment of misguided legislative policy. Our immediate mission in the line-of-fire is to document and preserve evidence of official misconduct, police abuses, and malicious legal nitpicking by the government against the People it is supposed to serve.
We act as legal observers with the protection of statute and precedence, recording and archiving such behavior against We the People through affidavits, declarations and whatever means possible.
