It surveyed innovative critiques in the realms of sustainability, regionalism, responsible investment, and urban design, forewarned of crisis if industrial loss and financial excesses persisted, and posited a new policy model upon these insights. It was re-submitted to Obama's 'NEC' in March 2009, with a new Foreword and augmented Epilogue -- because these are ideas whose time has come. (37 pp. total, 327 KB)
