- Tracie Park, aka ‘Zoe’ stood as a single plaintiff against massive interagency roadblocks in front of the 1996 Rainbow Gathering, in Mark Twain N.F. MO.
- PA’96 Reg’l – US v Baxter, McCrimmon
- At a MidAtlantic regional in Allegheny NF, Bill Baxter & Joseph McCrimmon (aka ‘Greenfeather’) tried to cooperate and got permit citations.
- OR’97 Rbw – Tix, Black v Arthur
- 5 ‘leaders’ were cited when a permit was not signed, and then they sued.
- FL’97-00 Ocala – GenLegal
- Roadblocks & arrests, cranking up the Ocala Defenses…

- Civil suit against roadblocks and targeted enforcement on gatherings in Ocala N.F., Florida — filed 13fe98, won a Preliminary Injunction on 20fe98.

- MO’98 Ozark Regional – U.S. v. Nenninger
- The NGU Permit Defense of Tony Nenninger (aka ‘Goodwater’) – compounded by a 2nd citation for setting up water lines – went up to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals… the best case and the worst rulings.
- AZ’98 RbwGthg – US v Linick
- Group Use permit defense by Michael Linick, aka ‘Strider’, arguing facial flaws in the regulation and overturning it briefly in the District Court — until the FS fixed it on 9th Circuit appeal.
- Wisconsin ’98 Regional – U.S. v. Masel
- Case docs from the ‘Group Use’ permit defense of Ben Masel, cited at a regional gathering in Wisconsin, August 1998. This defense went forward with a pre-trial Motion for dismissal filed in February ’99, which the Court denied in its June ’99 ruling. On this basis the case went to Magistrate trial in Madison, on 24 Aug. ’99. ((Case No. 98-10014-X-01, U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin))
